Pharmacological Action:
Albendazole is a benzimidazole carbamate with anthelmintic and antiprotozoal activity against intestinal and tissue parasites.Animal studies have shown that albendazole exhibits vermicidal, ovacidal, and larvacidal activity.Rworm has been shown to be effective in the treatment of Giardia infections in children.

Indications:
RWORM is indicated in the treatment of single or mixed intestinal parasites. Clinical studies have shown RWORM effective in the treatment of Ascaris lumbricoides (roundworm), Trichuris trichiura (whipworm), Enterobius vermicularis (pinworm/ threadworm), Ancylostomaduodenale and Necatoramericanus (hookworm), Taenia spp,(tapeworm) and Strongyloides stercoralis. RWORM has been shown to be effective in the treatment of Giardia (duodenalis or intestinalis or lamblia) infections in children.

Dosage And Directions For Use
Usual Dose: 400 mg of RWORM tablet as a single dose in both adults and children over two years of age. The tablets may be chewed, swallowed or crushed and mixed with food.
Note:
If the patient is not cured after three weeks, a second course of treatment may be given. No special procedures, such as fasting or purging, are required.
Albendazole has not been adequately studied in children under one year of age.
Giardiasis (dose in children over 2 years of age):
A single 400 mg daily dose for five days.
Tablet to be chewed before swallowing.

Side Effects
Gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, headache , pruritus and urticaria have been reported.

Warning;
The safety of albendazole during pregnancy has not been established,and Rworm should not be taken by pregnant women.It is contraindicated in patients with a known history hypersensitivity to albendazole or constituents.

Storage Condition:
Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30  ံC.

အလ်ဘန်ဒဇိုလ်းသည် အစာအိမ်အူလမ်းကြောင်းနှင့် ခန္ဓာကိုယ်၏ တစ်ရှူးများတွင်ရှိနေသော သန်ကောင်များ၊ သန်ဥများ၊ သန်ကောင်ပေါက်များကို သေစေနိုင်ပါသည်။ ကလေးငယ်များတွင်ဖြစ်တတ်သော Giadia (ဂျီယားဒီးယား) ဟုခေါ်သော ကပ်ပါးပိုးကြောင့်ဖြစ်သော ဝမ်းပျက်ဝမ်းလျှောခြင်းကိုလည်း သက်သာစေနိုင်ပါသည်။

၃။      အသုံးပြုနိုင်သောရောဂါများ
သန်လုံးကောင်၊သန်ပြားကောင်၊ ကြိုးသန်ကောင်၊ ကြာပွတ်ပုံစံသံကောင်၊ ချိတ်သံကောင် စသည်တို့ကြောင့် သန်ထခြင်း။ ဂျီးယားဒီယားပိုးကြောင့်ဖြစ်သော ဝမ်းပျက် ဝမ်းလျှောခြင်း။

၄။      ဆေးသောက်သုံးရန်အညွှန်း
လူကြီးနှင့်ကလေး၂နှစ်နှင့်အထက်-တစ်ခါသောက် ၄ဝဝမီလီဂရမ်ဆေးပြားတစ်ပြားကို တစ်ကြိမ်သာသောက်သုံးပါ။ ၃ ပတ်ကြာသည်အထိ မသက်သာလျှင် နောက်တစ်ကြိမ်ထပ်၍ သောက်သုံးနိုင် ပါသည်။ လူကြီးနှင့် ကလေးအသက် ၂ နှစ်အရွယ်  အထက်မှစ၍ သောက်သုံးနိုင်ပါသည်။ ဂျီးယားဒီးယားပိုး ကြောင့် ဝမ်းပျက်ဝမ်းလျှောဖြစ်လျှင် တစ်နေ့ ၄ဝဝ မီလီဂရမ် ဆေးပြား ၁ ပြားအား ၅ ရက်သောက်ပါ။ ဆေးပြားအားဝါးစားပြီးမှမျိုချပါ။

၅။      ဘေးထွက်ဆိုးကျိုးများ
ဗိုက်မအီမသာဖြစ်ခြင်း၊ ဝမ်းပျက်ခြင်း၊ ခေါင်းမူး ခေါင်းကိုက်ခြင်း၊ တစ်ခါတစ်ရံယားယံခြင်း၊ အင်ပြင်ထ ခြင်းတို့ဖြစ်တတ်ပါသည်။

၆။      သတိပြုရန်
-        ကိုယ်ဝန်ဆောင်များ မသောက်သုံးသင့်ပါ။
-        Albendazole ဆေးနှင့်မတည့်သူများ မသောက် သုံးသင့်ပါ။

၇။      ထုတ်ပိုးပုံ
ဘူးကြီး ၁ဘူးတွင် ဆေး ၁ လုံးပါဝင်သော ဘူးသေး ၂၀ ဘူးပါဝင်ပါသည်။

၈။      ထားသိုရန်
ခြောက်သွေ့သောနေရာတွင်ထားပါ။
အပူချိန် ၃၀ºC အောက်တွင်ထားပါ။
