Pharmacological Properties
Bisacodyl is a locally acting laxative from the triarylmethane group, which after metabolism by hydrolysis stimulates the mucosa of the intestine causing preistalisis of the colon.
Indications

• All types of constipation including atonic and dyskinetic forms.
• Constipation in bed ridden patients.
• Change of food and environment or illness.
• Pre and Post operatively.
• Before radiological examination and sigmoidoscopy.
• To induce effortless evacuation among patients with hemorrhoids and anal fissure.

Dosage and Administration
Adults and children over 10years: 1 to 2 tablets at night (5 to 10mg).
Children 4 to 10 years : One tablet at night (5mg).
Side Effects
Rarely, abdominal discomfort and diarrhea have been reported.

Warning

• Delax tablets should not be used in patients with intestinal obstruction.
• Care should be taken in patients with inflammatory bowel disease.
• Prolong use or overdosage can result in dirrahea with excessive  loss of water and electrolytes particularly potassium.
• Children, Pregnant women and lactating mothers should not take Bisacodyl without medical advice.

Store below 30˙C.
Protect from light,heat and moisture.
Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.

ဘစ်စကိုဒိုင်းသည် အူများ၏ လှုပ်ရှားမှုကို လှုံ့ဆော် ပေးပြီး ဝမ်းအလွယ်တကူသွားစေရန် လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးပါ သည်။

ခွဲစိတ်ခန်းမဝင်မီ အူသန့်စင်အောင်လုပ်ခြင်း
လိပ်ခေါင်းရောဂါ နှင့် စအိုကွဲနာ ရှိသူများဝမ်းသွားလျှင်ညှစ်၍မသွားရစေရန် အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါသည်။

၄။      သောက်သုံးရန်အညွှန်း
အသက် (၁၀)နှစ်အထက်နှင့်လူကြီး        -တစ်နေ့ ၁ လုံးမှ ၂ လုံး ညအိပ်ရာမဝင်မီသောက်ပါ။ (၅-၁၀ မီလီဂရမ်)
ကလေး အသက် ၄ နှစ်မှ ၁၀ နှစ်  -တစ်နေ့တစ်လုံး ညအိပ်ရာမဝင်မီသောက်ပါ။ (၅ မီလီဂရမ်)

၅။      ဘေးထွက်ဆိုးကျိုးများ
- ဗိုက်အနည်းငယ်နာနိုင်ခြင်း
- ဝမ်းလျှောခြင်း တို့ တစ်ခါတစ်ရံ ဖြစ်တတ်ပါသည်။

၆။      သတိပြုရန်
အူလမ်းကြောင်းပိတ်ဆို့နေသူများ၊ အူခဏခဏရောင်တတ်သူများ မသောက်သုံးသင့်ပါ။ တစ်ပတ်ထက်ပို၍ နေ့စဉ်စွဲသောက်ခြင်း မပြုသင့်ပါ။ ကိုယ်ဝန်ဆောင်သည် နှင့် နို့တိုက်မိခင်များ၊ ကလေးငယ်များ ဆရာဝန်ညွှန်ကြားချက်မပါပဲ မသောက်သုံးသင့်ပါ။      

 ၇။     ထားသိုရန်
ခြောက်သွေ့သောနေရာတွင်ထားပါ။
အပူချိန် ၃၀ºဃ အောက်တွင်သာထားပါ။

၈။      ထုတ်ပိုးပုံ
တစ်ဘူးတွင် ဆေးလုံး ၁၀ လုံးပါဝင်သော ဆေးကဒ်-၁ဝကဒ်ပါဝင်ပါသည်။

အူလမ္းေၾကာင္းပိတ္ဆို႔ေနသူမ်ား၊ အူခဏခဏေရာင္တတ္သူမ်ား မေသာက္သံုးသင့္ပါ။ တစ္ပတ္ထက္ပို၍ ေန႔စဥ္စြဲေသာက္ျခင္း မျပဳသင့္ပါ။ ကိုယ္ဝန္ေဆာင္သည္ နွင့္ နို႔တိုက္မိခင္မ်ား၊ ကေလးငယ္မ်ား ဆရာဝန္ညႊန္ၾကားခ်က္မပါပဲ မေသာက္သံုးသင့္ပါ။
